5 STOREY BUILDING

Five storey Commercial/Residential Building, a new Concept to be developed in Seef Area. The ground floor may convert to a different reception where it may consist of a majlis. The Balanced floors, consist of 15 flats, to be either residential or commercial. The fourth and The last floor is designated for service area/multi-purpose hall.
The exterior has an organic design added to it, by having the CNC panels around the large side windows, as for the front façade, the marble/Stone projection will give the building a dynamic look.
The Building is currently under construction as of 2018.
